Shipping
Araiá Paradis is based in London, United Kingdom and ships internationally. We currently deliver to 67 countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
Within the United Kingdom we use Evri and for our international orders we use Royal Mail. Delivery times and shipping fees are created based on Evri & Royal Mail's relevant information. Both couriers frequently update there shipping costs and delivery times, therefore the information seen on our website may vary from time to time then the carriers website. However, we monitor the price changes and update it on our website.
All customers will receive a tracking number once we ship your order.
Customs & Duties
Customs & Duties will vary depending on the region your order is being shipped to and your local tax authorities; therefore, additional duties and taxes may occur. We are not responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery. Unpaid duties/taxes by customers may result in failure to deliver. We will not be accepting returns/refunds from unpaid duties. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any potential duties fees.
We recommend checking with your local postal service for the potential import duties & taxes for fashion in your delivery location before placing an order.
At customs, taxes/duties are usually calculated based on the total value of the order placed and the shipping fees; therefore, depending on your country’s tax rate, the fees may sometimes reach over £100. Our international courier Royal Mail will contact you via the email/phone number you provided with the appropriate way to pay these fees, once these fees are paid your package will be released from customs. As stated above, Araiá Paradis is unable to cover the additional fees incurred during customs.
Furthermore, during clearance checks in your country, Customs may require you to provide additional identification such as National ID and Passport numbers to clear the package. Therefore, it is important to provide an accurate email/phone number in the checkout so customs can contact you if required.
Lost Shipments
Once an order is placed and shipped we are no longer in control of the delivery. If the customer is unable to track their order or the shipment is taking significantly longer than expected to deliver, the customer can contact us at customerservice@araiaparadis.com and we will try our best to handle the dispute with the shipment handler. If the dispute is resolved and the shipment is found, the package will continue to the customer. If the dispute can not be resolved, we will let the customer know about the lost package and that no refunds/re-shipments on the same order will take place.
